On March 8, the first batch of equipment bidding procurement project of the information engineering of the 2022 fixed assets investment project of Inner Mongolia Power (Group) Co., Ltd., and other three projects achieved remote and decentralized bid evaluation at the Mengneng Intelligent Bid Evaluation Base through the electronic procurement system of Inner Mongolia Power Group.

The use of decentralized bid evaluation is conducive to epidemic prevention and control, protecting the health of the evaluation experts, and saving transportation and accommodation costs. The remote bid evaluation system centralizes decentralized suppliers, evaluation experts, project leaders and supervision departments on the "cloud" through cloud system, cloud identification, cloud communication and cloud supervision, and realizes the whole process of remote electronic bid opening, intelligent decentralized bid evaluation, intelligent identification of expert identity, voice change communication, online monitoring of the evaluation process, automatic generation of evaluation reports and "one click signing" electronic and paperless. The system's unique automatic generation of evaluation reports and "one-click signature" of evaluation reports can rapidly improve the efficiency of remote bid evaluation, greatly save bid evaluation time, and will play a greater role in the bid opening and evaluation of large batches and multiple groups of experts' evaluation projects in the future.
