The procurement budget of the water rescue equipment project of the Hubei Fire Rescue Corps is large, the time requirement is tight, the technical requirement is high, there are many participating manufacturers, and the submitted samples are complete. In order to meet the equipment construction requirements of the provincial fire rescue corps for "all kinds of disasters and major emergencies", a "professional and scientific" water rescue equipment system has been built. 

The provincial trading (procurement) center has opened up a green channel, advanced services and active docking, and arranged key personnel to rapidly promote the procurement of the project. The bid opening of the project was successfully completed on June 9, and then moved to the qualification review and evaluation stage of the project. This procurement set the precedent for the implementation of government procurement in the electronic way of the whole process of the national fire rescue system, and achieved the goal of "no meeting" bid opening and the whole process of "paperless". The bid opening, qualification review and bid evaluation were all operated on the electronic procurement platform of the Hubei Provincial Government, opening up new ideas for the procurement of the national fire rescue system.

At present, 327 government procurement e-procurement projects have been implemented, with a budget amount of 2.5148.5 billion yuan, of which 207 have been completed, and the winning or transaction amount is 1.66235 billion yuan. Hubei Provincial Government Procurement Electronic Trading Platform can support public bidding, invited bidding, competitive negotiation, competitive negotiation, inquiry and single-source procurement. Except for secret-related projects, the demand communication between the provincial government procurement center and the purchaser, the confirmation of procurement documents, and the confirmation of procurement results are all completed through the electronic procurement platform. Suppliers participating in government procurement activities can directly obtain procurement documents on the electronic platform, reducing the cost of government procurement. At the same time, the electronic trading platform can record and query the information of each link in the implementation process of government procurement in real time, which solves the problem of low efficiency of government procurement.
