During the meeting, the expert certificates were also issued to the research experts and enterprise procurement professionals who participated in the project. It was said that the study and promulgation of a set of industrial norms for the procurement departments of state-owned enterprises as soon as possible would play an important role in standardizing the procurement behavior of state-owned enterprises, improving the efficiency of procurement, reducing enterprise costs and preventing corruption. According to the person in charge of the project, after the opening meeting, the project team will go deep into the enterprise research, carry out enterprise symposium, expert discussion, public consultation and other research activities, and plan to publish the "Technical Specifications for Procurement of State-owned Enterprises" in October 2018, and on this basis, declare the group standards to the relevant departments.
