The Board announces that as at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 20 January 2023, being the Latest Time for Acceptance, a total of 12 valid applications had been received for a total of 62,311,275 Rights Shares, representing approximately 32.8% of the Offered Shares. Pursuant to the Irrevocable Undertaking, the Underwriter has subscribed for 43,536,625 Rights Shares provisionally allotted to it. The remaining 127,596,678 Unsubscribed Rights Shares, representing approximately 67.2% of the Offered Shares, will be subject to the Compensatory Arrangements.
